Unsatisfied after revision. What would you do? (Photo)

Question

Hi. I had a revision in January 2022, original surgery was November 2020, I am still not quite satisfied. My surgeon revised because I still had sagging and he did an additional lift and corrected bottoming out and lateral displacement. What would have to be done to achieve this look. I want a fuller look with more volume medially. The lateral displacement has improved but I feel like the left side may be bottoming out again slightly. If you were to do a revision what would you do?

The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

In an ideal world, examination would be necessary to understand the issue and make a treatment plan. but in the online world, that's not possible. That's why photos are important, not just words. Either visit a few surgeons for a second opinion, or repost with high quality, non-selfie photos taken at a distance of at least 8 feet from cellphone camera.

with the nipple areola clearly visible (to better assess position).  You need not include facial or any defining anatomy in your photos.

With your position and your arm elevated, your breasts cannot really be evaluated. I would suggest going back to your surgeon, being measured, and discussing your concerns. You may need smaller implants with a tighter pocket.
