I had an augmentation done a year and a month ago now. I'm wondering about my right breast being possibly too low or having issues. I sometimes feel the implant move on that side when i stand up or bend over or if i push at it from the side.

Please have the lump evaluated first. Your implants are too large and heavy for your frame and tissue, and you would do much better going down in size and probably lifting again. You may just need a lift and no implants. Your pockets could be tightened to help minimize too much lateral movement...
The small amount of sagging to your breasts do not justify the extra surgery, costs, and scarring from a breast lift. I would expect you to have a very good aesthetic outcome with implants alone.
Thank you for your question.
Without photos and a proper examination, it would be difficult to say if an 800cc implant would give you your desired results. I would recommend meeting with your plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and for further evaluation.
