I have had my last breast surgery 9 years ago , after having pip implants and a ruptured left breast I had them removed and replaced. I noticed a lump in my breast that appeared a while after which has grown. I had it checked and my surgeon didn’t seem concerned. Your implants may be a little large for your frame and must be close together or have more lateral breast. You would probably do better with a smaller implant that fits your frame better.
