Bumps after lip filler have been dissolved 5 times and no success - advice? (photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. I think this is still retained dermal filler and should be injected with higher concentrations of hyaluronidase to restore your pre-filler appearance.

Many possibilities, if the filler was not hyluronic acid then there is no available products to really dissolves it and if the hyluronidase didn't inject to the exact location it also wouldn't work. And from repeated injection some local scar tissue can also form. I suggest you see a board certified plastic surgeon to examine this in person.

Unfortunately, we see more and more problems of this kind, in particular lips and around the eyes. Entire amount of filler is not always resorbed and, in some cases, it creates scar tissue which does not go away with injection(s) of enzyme or corticosteroid. Once this treatment proves unsuccessful, surgical removal of the lump may be indicated. Fortunately, scars on the lips are not much of a problem. I recommended consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
