Many possibilities, if the filler was not true hyaluronic acid then there is no available products to really dissolves it and if the hyaluronidase didn't inject to the exact location it also wouldn't work. thank you for your question. i would make sure the injector dissolving it is using the required amount of dissolver if they are using too little it will not completely dissolve it. if they contact the product company they will tell them how much should be used and how often.
