There is more than one way to accomplish a particular look. If I had too guess it is likely this individual in the images had a brow and temple lift. This increase cheek prominence may have been accomplished with an implant or a filler product. While this individual looks enhanced, I see many of these individuals because they are unhappy with their surgical results and need aesthetic reconstruction. This individual most definitely did not have a supra-lateral brow-orbital rim implant. These are used to masculinize rather than feminize a face. Hope that information helps.
