It protrudes out under my eye and is very visible. My under eyes seem really hollow for 27. I am also on the pale side.

Your eyes are absolutely beautiful and you truly need nothing.  Whatever you have done surgically is likely to harm you. Sadly, someone will feed into this insecurity and you will end up having a surgery that you really don't need now. That surgery is also not likely to be what you needed because it so often works that way. If you want to dabble with something relatively harmless, try Microdroplet lift, which is a botulinum toxin brow lift that works without freezing the forehead. Use skin care products with sunscreen, don't smoke or vape. It helps. Best.

I agree that you also appear to have some hollowing under your eyes, however, this is not distracting. If you are looking to add volume to your under eyes, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for filling in the hollows. I hope this is helpful!
