Hi, I recently went to turkey for a lift and implants, I woke up with not a full lift, just a nipple lift , I had requested 200cc in my boobs, I woke up with 400, I feel they are huge on my body and still saggy. Is it okay that he ignored my requested size and I woke up with 400cc in!? I am truely devestated. I just want them smaller

That is so odd- did they give you any explanation why they deviated from the agreed upon plan? You can absolutely downsize to smaller implants to be more comfortable and happy with your results.

I recommend you wait 6 months from the date of your surgery before undergoing any revision. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, the implants can be exchanged for smaller ones.

I would suggest going back to your surgeon and ask to go smaller and do the full lift. Probably, you will need the lift once smaller implants are used.

Hello and thanks for your question. Your implants can replace with the smaller one. To reduce your implants size, the lollipop breast uplift have to be performed together with the breast implants renewal. I assume that you just had the procedure, you are in a early phase of recovery. Performing an additional breast procedure at this stage would be inappropriate for you. You can schedule breast implant revision and uplift procedure after 3 months since the skin scar and sticthes has to heal properly to have another session of surgery.
