I'm considering them for buttocks, about 240 ml
Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift Thank you for your question. In my medical experience I don't know of a case where someone drastic changes achieving a good-shape BBL using hyaluronic acid alone. I use hyaluronic acid for the face and small corrections. But my No. 1 choice for BBL is the patient's own fat, grafting it to the buttocks and hips makes great changes. If you're willing to travel, Surgeons in the Dominican Republic have experience and very high standard of excellence when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm positive you can get what you're looking for.

Answer: Hyaluronic acid fillers for butt augmentation? When using hyaluronic acid fillers for buttock and/or hip augmentation, if the doctor is truly using medical grade FDA approved materials then it will be extremely expensive to have 100+ cc injected (~ $ 800+ per cc). Keep in mind that when hip dips are augmented with implants, the smallest implant is 150mL in each side (300 mL total for two). With buttock implants, the smallest size used is 300 ml each side (600 ml total). So that means that only 240 mls of fillers is like a drop in the ocean and provides insignificant augmentation to the buttock unless you can afford $400,000.00+ every other year. So, if you're looking for a reliable, predictable, and long-term permanent option, buttock and hip implants are your solution. Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock or hip implants, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon. I hope this is useful information for everyone. Glad to help.

Answer: Hyaluronic Acid Hello, thanks for your question. Hyaluronic Acid is aproved by the FDA. It's safe. Be sure that your doctor is board-certified and experienced in the products. Most of the problems come from non-qualified injectors than the product itself. You must know that HA is non-permanent, and it doesn't make miracles. So be realistic. Good luck!

Answer: HA fillers for body contouring HA fillers tend to because prohibitive for body contouring work. Have you been given a price for 240 mL of HA filler? recognize that most of these products are labeled as lasting about six months which means that half of the product will be gone in three months. There are some longer lasting HA fillers like Voluma which typically cost around $800 per milliliter. At 240 mL per side The cost for using Voluma would be $38,000. 240 mL may be sufficient for a modest improvement but it is still quite a conservative number. When we do fat rafting we typically graft three or four times that amount. When you said 240 mL I’m guessing that means per side. If it’s going to be divided with 140 mL per side then don’t expect to see much change. Few people have the discretionary income to use fillers for a gluteal augmentation. If you’re independently wealthy and want to go that route and that is an option. if however you work for a living it’s probably not money well spent. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
