Hello, I had a BBL in May 2021 and a second one in July 2023. After both surgeries i was left with what I thought were seromas. I have gotten one of them drained, once in 2021. Several more have appeared ranging in pebble size up to golf ball sized. They cause me discomfort when I lean against walls and work out. They are not visible from the surface. I can feel about 12-15 of them in the fat transfer area. They are so hard and not soft at all. Can these be fixed or disolved?
