Hard rocks under buttocks fat. Can this be fixed?

Most likely you have fat necrosis, which cannot be treated and can only be removed by direct surgical excision.
It’s possible you have a chronic fluid collection called the seroma, but those tend to leave larger spaces while the crosses a bit like solid marbles under your skin.
Fat necrosis, happens when too much fat is injected into a single area.
