Question

I currently had mommy makeover done and hadbbls done in the past but my butt still small and not big the way I wanted it. I would like my body more contoured and my butt out I feel like I'm more wide than curvy. Is there anyway we can fix this I inserted some photos so you can see the before and give me your feedback. What are some surgeries I can do to improve my body and I know I have to work out eat healthy but would also like to have a contoured body and smaller waist despite I had TT Done.

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

You are in good company with many others who had high hopes for BBL but instead received disappointing results (lumpiness, unevenness, lack of projection in the central and/or lower buttock, insignificant hip augmentation, post-deflation sagging, fatty necrotic cyst or scar tissue, etc.) as most of the fat melts away. It is not quite as much the quality of the doctor nor liposuction technique but rather the quality of the procedure that is a large part of the problem.  Thus, going back for additional rounds of BBL most often produces the same disappointing results but at another financial loss.   Beware, if a surgeon asks you to purposely gain weight (i.e. fat) before BBL, know that the fat you lose first as you get back to your baseline weight after surgery is that very same fat that was transferred into your buttock, hence your new buttock shrinks first, the fastest, and the most...so please do not fall victim to this recommendation.

Fillers, such as Sculptra and hyaluronic acids,  for augmentation of the buttock/hips are a rip-off, period!

Buttock/hip implants, however, provide a more reliable, predictable, relatively safe, and permanent result, especially for adding projection to the hips and central buttock, and often help smoothing out lumpiness. Occasionally a lower buttock tuck may be advantageous for lower buttock fold asymmetries and/or sagging.  When considering buttock implants make sure that the surgeon is going to be placing the implants within gluteus muscles , (a.k.a. “intramuscular pocket”), and that they are using anatomically correct, oval-shaped implants, such as Stanton Anatomic ®️ implants. 
Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in these buttock implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to get multiple BBL surgeries. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Generally, speaking, having more and more procedures, usually leads to diminishing returns.
As a general statement, most plastic surgeons and patients for that sake tend to choose the procedures that will have the greatest impact first.
Doing additional surgery can create improvements, but usually the improvements will be diminishing.
I see two things that Could help you look better.
The first is weight loss to reduce the amount of visceral fat so you can eventually have a flat abdomen.
The second is that your previous liposuction did not include removing the subcutaneous fat of your under arm, chest and back.
This is left you with a transition zone between treated and untreated areas. Halfway up your torso.
 I generally view the torso as a single and atomic unit and generally preferred to treat the entire torso when doing liposuction of the abdomen hips and waist.
In other words when abdomen 360 I tend to include treatment of the back and under arms as well to give a more uniform, thin appearance without obvious transition zones between treated and untreated areas.
liposuction of your back and under our areas would create a more natural appearance that doesn’t show such obvious signs of having had surgery.
If you want to graft more fat on your buttocks, then you can certainly do that.
I personally don’t see the need, but it’s not my body. 
What works for one person may not work for someone else in regards to patient satisfaction, desires, and goals.
These decisions are very unique and individual kind.
Likewise plastic surgeons, very substantially in the review, skill, experience levels, and personal philosophy, including what is attractive and not so much.
The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered liposuction and fat transfer is quite small.
Most plastic surgeons think they’re better at these procedures than they actually are.
