Can I get a second round BBL if I already have fat necrosis? (Photo)

Question

After my first round of BBL I developed fat necrosis in both of my butt cheeks. I was wondering if i could get a second round of BBL or should I get a BBL revision? My right butt cheek is the worst though there isn’t any pain or discomfort. It’s just really hard and inflamed. So now I’m wondering which will be my best option to fix it.

It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I don’t think you need to add volume so I think the second BBL is not appropriate or what you need.
Fat necrosis is an unfortunate consequence, often related to grafting too much fat in one session.
There’s no way to improve fat necrosis. It can either be removed with direct surgical, excision, or left in place.
Removing the dead tissue may lead to some deformation.
There’s no easy solution to your outcome.
