Can grafts migrate twelve years after rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty 12 years ago. I recently hit my nose with my thumb and 2 days later my breathing in my right nostril worsened. Externally I see a 'shadow' on that side just below the upper lateral cartilage. Has a graft shifted, collapsed in or is something else going on?
