Forehead reduction, hair transplant - Searching for a surgeon in the UK or Europe (photo)

Im a 24 year old woman. My forehead is 8cm and has always had an impact on my mentalhealth. I cannot go outdoors without wearing a hat. I have tried a fringe/bangs, but I dislike the hairstyle. I can only find great before and after photos from surgeons that are too far (USA etc ). I need a surgeon closer to home - UK (ideally) or Europe. Bonus if they can do a small hair transplant too for my temples, as my forehead is extremely wide too. But overall, I do want my forehead reduced with surgery.

It gives the best density without any texture change of the hair which occurs with transplants. It does not leave a noticeable scar since hair grows through the area where a scar would occur.
