How far can my hairline be lowered? (Photo)

I previously had a hairline reduction 4 years ago and not much lowering was achieved. I’m wondering if I’m a good candidate for another one and how far it can be lowered. I was wanting an inch but if that can’t be obtained at least half an inch. I don’t feel like I can move my scalp around very much.

Hello, hope you're doing well. In all likelihood, that is a reasonable goal (0.5 inch reduction may be more realistic than a full inch). It's somewhat difficult to judge from an image alone. I would recommend advancing as far possible with an additional surgery and then hair grafting afterward to conceal the scar and make up any difference in the desired hairline position.
