I previously had a hairline reduction 4 years ago and not much lowering was achieved. I’m wondering if I’m a good candidate for another one and how far it can be lowered. I was wanting an inch but if that can’t be obtained at least half an inch. I don’t feel like I can move my scalp around very much.

There are two ways to reduce forehead. One is direct excision with a scar placed in zig-zag fashion along the hairline while the other is hair transplantation. Simpler and chipper procedure is scalp advancement. Good luck.
