Considering a forehead / mid facelift. Thoughts? (photos)

Yes you are correct, a mid facelift would give you the result you are looking for along with the browlift. This is becoming more common in younger patients and can be performed through incisions in the hairline.

Based on the photos you’ve provided, it seems that you have some sagging in your brows and excess skin around your eyes. Additionally, there are signs of volume loss and sagging in the mid-face area. To address these concerns, I would recommend combining temporal lift (brow lift) and mid facelift with blepharoplasty. The temporal lift will help lift the brows and correct any sagging in the upper eyelids, while the mid facelift will tighten and rejuvenate the mid-face, restoring volume and contour. Blepharoplasty will also remove any excess skin in the upper eyelids, giving your eyes a more youthful and refreshed appearance. However, to provide you with the most accurate recommendation, I would need to perform a physical examination.

Hello, hope you are well. A midface lift is definitely a good option with very limited downside. You have a good temporal tuft of hair which makes it easy to conceal the procedure.

Thank you for your query. The brows do not appear to be low enough to need a brow lift.. A mid facelift with a small incision inside the hairline, just like you are holding with your fingers, will give you the improvement you are looking for. An alternative would be fillers. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!

You may benefit from a brow lift. A brow lift will lower the hairline, decrease the vertical height of the forehead and lift up the eyebrows. You may also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

If you are considering a blepharoplasty it is important to do the browlift first. Otherwise you can end up with problems. But, in these photos there is no evidence you need any of these procedures.

Upper lids and liposuction if the neck only. You don’t need a brow lift and the midface lift won’t do much

For your age, it’s possible to do the endoscopic deep plane temporal lift with the cheek lift and upper eyelids for more info, it is will fix the nasolabial folds , the sleepy eyes

At 31 years of age, having a facelift might just be a little bit too early. You've got to remember that this is invasive surgery, and comes with significant risks. You have covered your eyes in the photos, so I can't exactly see all your features. Have you considered a skin tightening laser as a first step?
