Hello , Im due to have a blepharoplasty and chin lipo next month . I feel like I have excess of skin on my upper eyelids and my brows are drooping ( I think ) , plus my mid face I feel like it's melting . I'm considering a mid facelift even that I'm only 31 . I believe this will help my concerns ... this the right approach? When I lift my face as you can see in one the pics that's the look I want to my mid face
Answer: Is It Too Early to Consider a Midface Lift at 31? It’s completely understandable that you're feeling concerned about your facial changes, especially as you’re preparing for blepharoplasty and chin liposuction. You mentioned excess upper eyelid skin, possible brow drooping, and a sensation that your midface is "melting." These are commonly interconnected — often caused by a gradual descent of the deep fat pads and soft tissues in the upper and midface. At 31, many people wonder whether it’s “too early” for a procedure like a midface lift. But the reality is:Age is not the only deciding factor.Genetics, facial structure, soft tissue thickness, expression habits, and even sun exposure can cause certain aging patterns to appear earlier. So, is a midface lift the right move?

Answer: Based on the photos you’ve provided, it seems that you have some sagging in your brows and excess skin around your eyes. Based on the photos you’ve provided, it seems that you have some sagging in your brows and excess skin around your eyes. Additionally, there are signs of volume loss and sagging in the mid-face area. To address these concerns, I would recommend combining temporal lift (brow lift) and mid facelift with blepharoplasty. The temporal lift will help lift the brows and correct any sagging in the upper eyelids, while the mid facelift will tighten and rejuvenate the mid-face, restoring volume and contour. Blepharoplasty will also remove any excess skin in the upper eyelids, giving your eyes a more youthful and refreshed appearance. However, to provide you with the most accurate recommendation, I would need to perform a physical examination.

Answer: Forehead and Mid-Facelift at 31 Thank you for your query. The brows do not appear to be low enough to need a brow lift.. A mid facelift with a small incision inside the hairline, just like you are holding with your fingers, will give you the improvement you are looking for. An alternative would be fillers. Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
