Hello, hope you are well. A midface lift is definitely a good option with very limited downside. You have a good temporal tuft of hair which makes it easy to conceal the procedure.

Thank you for your query. The brows do not appear to be low enough to need a brow lift.. A mid facelift with a small incision inside the hairline, just like you are holding with your fingers, will give you the improvement you are looking for. An alternative would be fillers.
