Hello, hope you are well. Try placing a couple of fingers on your cheek bone and angle of your jaw, and lifting up and out. If you like the change in appearance, you may want to consider a modified deep plane facelift. The age at which you do this might be of some relevance for social reasons, but not in terms of candidacy from an anatomical viewpoint. If for social reasons you don't want to undergo surgery, you can consider a procedure like FaceTite (bipolar radiofrequency). This is a great way to tighten/contract the soft tissue envelope of the the lower face without needing incisions or general anesthesia.
Thank you for your query. Hyaluronic acid fillers and/or invasive RF tightening with ThermiTight or Facetite can help a lot. Later, you can think of a surgical long lasting procedure like a lower face lift . Please find an experienced board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. If you're concerned about sagging in your lower face, both cheek fillers and Morpheus8 can be effective options to consider. Cheek fillers can add volume and lift to your midface, which can create a more youthful contour and help counteract sagging in the lower face. By enhancing the cheeks, fillers provide support to the skin, improving overall facial symmetry and rejuvenating your appearance. The results are typically immediate and can last from six months to over a year, depending on the type of filler used. On the other hand, Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy, targeting deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production and promote skin tightening. This treatment can significantly improve skin texture and elasticity in the lower face, reducing the appearance of sagging over time. Morpheus8 is non-invasive, requires little downtime, and can provide gradual, natural-looking results that continue to improve for several months after the procedure. Combining both treatments could offer a comprehensive approach: using fillers to achieve immediate volume and lift, while Morpheus8 works on long-term skin tightening and rejuvenation. I hope this helps and best of luck!
I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This will also help decrease the marionette deformities as well as the nasolabial folds. You have not provided a side view photograph but you may benefit from a chin implant or possibly a rhinoplasty. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Festive surgery is typically much more appropriate for individual We show more science of facial aging.Attends to have less benefit with all the drawbacks when done on younger people.I think your facial balance is quite good and I don’t see a really strong indication for surgical intervention.Be careful with permanent irreversible surgical intervention.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
There is no specific age you need to wait to have a facelift as feasibility is determined by the amount of skin laxity present. If you have had volume loss from hyaluronidase injections I would recommend allowing your skin and face time adjust to some of the changes, which can be temporary,...
