I am 33, 6'0 200lbs. I am very unhappy about the sagging in my lower face. Wondering what my best options are.

Hello, hope you are well. Try placing a couple of fingers on your cheek bone and angle of your jaw, and lifting up and out. If you like the change in appearance, you may want to consider a modified deep plane facelift. The age at which you do this might be of some relevance for social reasons, but not in terms of candidacy from an anatomical viewpoint. If for social reasons you don't want to undergo surgery, you can consider a procedure like FaceTite (bipolar radiofrequency). This is a great way to tighten/contract the soft tissue envelope of the the lower face without needing incisions or general anesthesia.

I recommend a lip lift.  A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.  This will also help decrease the marionette deformities as well as the nasolabial folds.  You have not provided a side view photograph but you may benefit from a chin implant or possibly a rhinoplasty.
