Can over filled lips cause bad smile lines over time? (Photos)

Does overfilled lips cause worse smile lines? I feel since my have migrated over the years its worsening the smile lines and skin quality. Now I’m thinking do i need a midface lift or dissolve the filler with a lip lift.

These are, unfortunately very limited photos for good evaluation. However, it appears that you may be a good candidate for lower face/neck lift and revision rhinoplasty. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in these procedures is recommended. Good luck.
