I am planning on getting a breast augmentation and I've been doing research and came across tuberous breasts. I believe i might have them and if so will it take more than just a regular BA?

Answer: Tuberous breasts Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You have a mild tuberous deformity of the left breast which can be corrected with implant placement alone. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in person to discuss your options.

Answer: Tuberous? Good morning, Although your breasts are a little pointy, they aren't really tuberous. You are an excellent candidate for a submuscular augmentation with saline or silicone implants, depending on your preference, through a nipple or crease incision. We would determine the exact size and profile when I measure your chest, we review photos together, and you have an opportunity to try on the implant sizers here in the office!
