Lost over 50 lb and went from a 36H to a 34E - Is fat transfer a good option with a breast lift? (Photos)

Jessny101
I have lost over 50 lb and gone from a 36H to a 34E. My breasts have completely deflated and I now have crepey skin where the stretch marks were. I do not want implants because my breasts were always too large for my frame. I am 5'10 and a UK size 12 but I really miss the fullness and shape I used to have. Would a lift with fat transfer be enough to restore volume and contour without implants? I would also like to know if I would need any skin treatments such as RF microneedling before or after surgery to improve the texture of the skin, especially under the nipple
