1 year post-op breast lift. One side is puckered. Do I need a revision? (photo)

I’m 1 month and 11 days post-op from a breast lift with implant exchange. I went from 500cc Motiva to 355cc Motiva Round High Profile under the muscle due to back pain. One breast looks fine, but the other appears puckered near the lower pole and lacks fullness—almost like loose skin over the implant. My surgeon said to massage the area and wait up to a year. Is this normal at this stage, or could it need revision? First photo shows my old implants; the rest are after surgery.
