What options do I have to reduce the appearance of festoons? (photo)

I've had festoons since I was a kid. In the last few years I've tried fillers (now dissolved), laser skin tightening and laser skin resurfacing. What other options do I have to finally reduce the appearance of these things?

Ultimately, it is likely that you will benefit from ptosis surgery to address this issue. There is a new prescription drop called Upneeq that raises the eyelid for a few hours. You might talk with your eye MD about this product to see if it is right for you.

Yes it can be done but it is important to have individual evaluation to determine accurately and see an expert.

An upper lid blepharoplasty will address the excess skin adequately. You can add fat grafting to the upper brow to help reduce the hollow appearance.
