60 years old- Can or should a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning be performed on someone with prominent eyes?

Lower eyelid blepharoplasty can be performed in patients with a prominent eye but little to no fat should be removed. Fat transposition, done correctly is an option. If the eyes are significantly prominent (ask the doctor if you have a negative vector which means the bony rim is set back compared to the eye position), then midface fat transfer can help. In severe negative vector cases, an infraorbital rim implant can be considered. Hope this helps
