How did you do with your upper eyelid ptosis surgery? The first questions to answer regarding the upper eyelids is what are your anatomic issues and your personal concerns. Not all lower eyelid issues are the same or benefit from the same surgical approach. Avoid offices that really only do cookie cutter surgery. Aesthetically correct eyelid surgery requires a thoughtful approach to each and every patient. There is simply no substitute for that personal attention.
Lower eyelid blepharoplasty can be performed in patients with a prominent eye but little to no fat should be removed. Fat transposition, done correctly is an option. If the eyes are significantly prominent (ask the doctor if you have a negative vector which means the bony rim is set back compared to the eye position), then midface fat transfer can help. In severe negative vector cases, an infraorbital rim implant can be considered. Hope this helps
