Im male 37 years old. Ive been discussing options with various ocuplastic and facial plastic surgeons about possible options to fix my lower eyelid retraction. I belive this is contributing to a worsening of dry eye and exposure symptoms so want to fix it mainly for this reason. Can anyone help with what might be the best option to fix this as ive been given various options but confused about what migght be best. Thanks

This problem is frequently seen in young people with malar hypoplasia, small cheek bones. Correction involves cheek augmentation with implants or fat grafts and transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty. Good luck.
It is certainly acceptable to undergo a blepharoplasty before any type of planned pregnancy. Probably best to give yourself a month or two after the surgery before becoming pregnant.
