Hello I would love an opinion on what this is - I am presuming it is my actual septum. Please see photos. I can see it all the time and sometimes nasties get stuck in the dent and I dont know unless im looking in a mirror. I can also feel like a very small ball at the top the larger nostril which just bugs me. My nostrils also appear different sizes. They were already like this but it wasnt this obvious after my rhinoplasty but appears to be going back to how it was. Nearly 2 yrs post op

Deprojecting a nose on revision shouldn't be that difficult, other than *any* revision being a difficult operation. In *expert* hands, deprojection is one of the more predictable changes to make in a rhinoplasty, even a revision. However, most surgeons don't have the training to accomplish it....
