Nasal valve collapse/bridge irregularities? (Photo)

Question

Over the years my nasal bridge irregularities are getting more noticeable especially in cold weather. I have really thin skin to the point where even before my rhinoplasty the underlying cartilages could be seen. Is the only way to fix this to add grafts and increase size of nose? I want to seek consults but I just need a general outlook to help guide my in my efforts seeking a revision rhinoplasty surgeon

hello eart303,in very thin skins adding grafts is one of the ways of improving (better use of word instead of fix in our line of job) deformities. other additional methods i use abundantly are as follows:- carving cartilage with blades- substracting cartilage wherever necessary- adding cartilage for camouflage (after processing 1 example crushed cartilage)- using fascia to cover the underlying cartilage for smooth contours- using pericondrium (tissue covering the cartilage) for smoothing out contours- using other soft tissue material to reshape your nosethe last three are used more frequenly in especially thin skinned revision cases where skin is more thinned down and one last tip adding cartilage to the right locations not always results in nose looking bigger, please discuss throughly with your possible candidates of surgeongood luck doctor be+ clinic
