Hello and thank you for posting. Sorry to hear you are not happy with your results. Your scar is to high for my tase and lipo should of been done at least to avoid the dog ears on your sides. Unfortunately I believe your only option is a tt revision with lipo plus maybe a scar revision…. especially on your right side.

This is actually an easy fix and should not be too expensive. Feel free to look around for a better price as long as the doctor is a board certified plastic surgeon.

A examination in person is required to properly evaluate you and make any treatment recommendation. That said, your problem appears to be fairly simple to correct. The deformity in the midline above your panty line is probably related to the old location of your belly button where there is a natural depression. In your case that depression is undesirable because it is causing a shadow where one should not exist.

Sorry this has happened to you!! This is what is most commonly known as a dogear. What this means is that the tummy tuck scar needed to be longer to remove the extra skin. Liposuction unfortunately will not fix this problem. You would need a revision to this! This is best performed by a plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Yes, it appears that you have some excess fat. Perhaps your surgeon would consider a revision in the office to just open and remove a little more fat. Or, save up for liposuction, or do it the hard way and loose more weight. Liposuction in that area cannot be done at the same time as the tummy tuck for safety to your skin.

I agree with you that liposuction will improve the bulges you are describing and that I see on your photos.
I would expect your surgeon to see this as well, and that your surgeon would want to correct it as your surgeon wants a good result, as do you.
I would expect that there may be some cost to do touch up liposuction, but that your surgeon would reduce the cost substantially for this touch up procedure.
