Nose is bulbous/nostrils are asymmetrical 6 months after rhinoplasty - should I wait before getting a revision? (photos)

I've had primary rhinoplasty done about 6 months ago. I Still have a wide bulbous nose with asymmetrical nostrils. I'm considering getting revision rhinoplasty. Should I wait more? The side profile looks fine but it like very wide at the front.
