A combination of chin implant, buccal fat pad reduction, and lower face and neck liposuction should give you a more slim appearance to your face. I don't think that jaw reduction is necessary.

Based on your pictures, you would be a great candidate for buccal fat removal as well as a chin and neck liposuction. Of course, an « in patient » consultation would be necessary to assess your skin. I hope this helps, best of luck !
