25 y/o unhappy w/ results from buccal fat removal - which procedure would help me achieve my previous look? (photos)

I regret my buccal fat removal and wonder what kind of procedure would make me look like before the OP? I think I look older and more unsymmetrical. The photo is 6 months apart. Thank you!
