The lower half of my face is a bit too round and disproportionate, also I suffer from “RBF” lol (grumpy resting face). I’d like to have a more masculine jawline but am unsure what the best procedure is, or if it is a combination. Initially I thought jaw reduction, but perhaps Buccal fat removal or chin implant and or Rhinoplasty? Suggestions on best approach? 50 YO
