The shape of your jawline? The fullness of your cheeks? If you clench your jaw, you can feel where your masseter muscle begins and ends. If the area of concern is fullness anterior to that (in the soft part of the cheeks), it would be buccal fat.

A combination of chin implant, buccal fat pad reduction, and lower face and neck liposuction should give you a more slim appearance to your face. I don't think that jaw reduction is necessary.
