I am an 18-year-old female looking to reduce the fat around the lower portion of my face and achieve a more sculpted look. I am interested in the following procedures: buccal fat removal, chin + jawline lipo, and possibly perioral mound lipo. Am I a good candidate for those? Which combination would yield the best results and are there any other procedures that would be a better fit? I am most concerned with the general roundness of my face and the lack of visible structure.
