With a 650cc High Profile that didn't drop too well and was still sitting high. Because my first surgeon didn't made enough pocket on my breast tissue, planning on replacing it with 795cc Ultra High Profile with my next surgeon. I have a wide rib cage, I'm 5'8" and 160lbs. Will my next implants dropped faster since I already have a pocket to begin with.

Answer: Poor contours and shape Without preop photos it is a little difficult to answer your questions, so I'm making assumptions about what you were like before. So, these are my opinions only. These implants (and the ones you are thinking about putting in place) are way too large. Breast augmentation is a progressive stretch of the tissues and 'dropping' (really a misleading term) will mean that you stretch perhaps in the wrong way with poor placement, position and a strange looking shape. Best of luck, but I think you are headed down the wrong road. In my opinion, shape should never be sacrificed for size, and that is what is happening here. Hope this helps.

Answer: Surgery Don't go larger. You need to go smaller so that your implant can settle down and actually fit behind your breast. You have a small base to your breasts and your breasts won't accommodate such large implants. If you want nice looking breasts, go smaller.
