I recently had a consultation and the surgeon said I was borderline & suggested not to have one as I want more children. She suggested dual plane 450cc round implants mod plus. She did warn that I may suffer from waterfall effect where the breast tissue sits lower than the implant. Just want a second opinion as I don’t really want a breast lift but also don’t want to end up with the deformity.

Answer: BA or breast lift Dear gmyoudale, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Breasts Your photos are not taken to give a straight on view or side profile, but you appear to need a lift. Measurements are needed to be sure. I would not recommend going with such large implants.
