I have been diagnosed with dysautonomia with syncope recently. Had a tilt table test my b/p went from 127/60's to 50/30 HR 55 to 130's. Anyway i workout all the time and thought my bradycardia was normal, until I had the tilt table test. I normally feel fine, no syntoms. i found out about my condition because of this procedure who the doctor ordered because I was looking into getting an elective cosmetic surgery. Anyway my question is can I still get surgery w/ just local anesthesia?

Your implants are sagging and bottoming out. You need to have your inferior pockets tightened. I do not suggest going larger since your tissue may not support the extra weight. It is not supporting these now.
