I am a 39 yr old mother of 3 (including a set of twins). I had a mommy makeover Oct 2021 to include a tummy tuck, lipo, breast augmentation and breast lift. I had saline implants of 350cc placed under the muscle and a breast lift performed. I am not happy with the breast portion of my procedure. I want larger implants and I want a nice round full volume look with cleavage. Is this possible with just switching them out and getting larger implants put over the muscle or do i need another BL?

Answer: Breast lift or implants Dear valeryarbelo, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Breasts Your implants are sagging and bottoming out. You need to have your inferior pockets tightened. I do not suggest going larger since your tissue may not support the extra weight. It is not supporting these now.
