Breast implant revision - What procedure will I need? (Photos)

In 2022 I had a breast uplift with implants and at around 3 months I knew that something wasnt right. I dont feel any pain and they are not excessively hard. They look great when wearing dresses but I no longer have confidence when naked I am currently looking for surgeons in order to book face to face consultations but being my second surgery I am more worried then I was previously. I know its hard to tell from photos but wanted to know if any one could help tell me whats wrong and if it can be fixed? What kind of surgery would I be looking at and should I be looking for surgeons with any particular experience other then just breast surgery Any help is appreciated?

From what you describe, your implant appears to be sitting in its correct position while the breast tissue has slid down over it &mdash; this is known as a waterfall deformity. It is most common when the implant is under the muscle, which is likely the case with your original surgery.
The correction is a revision combining a breast lift (mastopexy) with the implant. In revision surgery we generally recommend exchanging the implant for a new one rather than reusing the old device. To reduce the chance of the breast sagging again, the revision can also be reinforced with Galaflex mesh as an internal bra support.
One more point worth noting: if you lost weight after your 2022 surgery, that alone can deflate the natural tissue and trigger this kind of descent over the implant.
