Yes, Botox can definitely change the shape of your eyebrow! You can drop the brow by injecting the lateral brow, but you don't want to get too much Botox in that area as it can cause too much of a drop in the brow. The Botox won't last as long since it's not as much as another treatment area would get, but you can still achieve desired eyebrow shape.

Botox injections relax the muscles in which it is injected. It can be used to lower the arch in brows, or to lift brows. It can be used to alter the shape of the brow slightly, but it would most likely not be a drastic change. A few units injected just above the arch would cause the arch to sit a little lower.
