If I get masseter Botox and it ends up giving me jowls, is that something filler can fix? & would that mean if I stop grinding/ clenching my jaw and my muscle goes down naturally since it’s not being overworked anymore, will I have jowls permanently?

This is direct weakening of the orbicularis oculi muscle due to the botox treatment. In other words, it is an undesired complication from your botox treatment. The effect will wear off but it can take months. In the future, do to let this injector treat you. Find someone else for this service.
