Based on your photos, you appear to have a concavity along the right side wall of your nose. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, although it is normal, to still be swollen, you do have some asymmetry in the tip and mid-vault. You may benefit from a revision to straighten your nose and perform nasal tip deprojection. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

There may be still some residual swelling but at 11 months postop usually as swelling has resolved. You would want the nose to feel soft and supple prior to a revision. In this case, you may have some tip asymmetry that could benefit from a revision under IV sedation to correct any remaining asymmetries.
