Nose repair operation and the lines of the nose?

Question

I am 24 years old and I had a rhinoplasty operation 5 years ago and I had a fleshy nose. Now my nose is very pointed and upturned and I don't have the natural lines on both sides of the nose. I wanted to see if a surgeon can create these lines through nose reconstruction and Make it more natural for me ?

Your question is clear, however, without seeing the appearance of your nose it's difficult to determine whether or not you have an achievable goal. Hello and thank you for your question. These changes are possible. In order to derotate an overrotated tip during a revision it is necessary to release all the scar tissue and Place extended spreader grafts. Many other maneuvers can be done to help improve the results. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

If your nose is very pointed and upturned then this can be corrected by a cartilage graft.  Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs.  I would need more information to give you a more accurate answer.
