1 year post op - if my waist trainer is low cause I have a short torso would that affect my BBL because of too much pressure?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Actual results from continuous pressure are unlikely to happen because of a change in fat distribution.

If pressure configuration such as a waist trainer actually creates permanent change it is more likely based on skeletal structure changing with pressure over time.

There is no evidence that pressure alone can change fat distribution.

There is no published evidence that compression garments have any impact on liposuction or fat transfer results.
