Asymmetrical Eyelid Crease Position. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I'm an 18 year old female. My left eyelid has a lower crease position than my right eyelid. This results in my left eye having less upper eyelid exposure compared to my right eye. My left eye also forms a little "roll" when I smile but my right eye does not. Can these asymmetries be fixed?

It is hard to give a true assessment based on the photos provided. If you're concerned that the left eyelid is lower than the right you might have a condition called ptosis. If this is the case you should be seen by an ocular plastic surgeon. If you don't have ptosis, I would advise that you refrain from any surgery to avoid worsening the asymmetry and dissatisfaction.
