Hi - I am E Asian and have a flat, bulbous tip, wide nose. What is the most suitable rhinoplasty surgery for me? I am thinking tip and alar but would like some kind of projection as my side profile is relatively flat. Thank you.

Answer: Lack of tip definition The tip has no definition. The nostrils are wide. An open tip plasty and alarplasty is the best approach to get the definition in the tip and reducing the base of the nose.
