I understand that using synthetic implants in rhinoplasty has a low risk of complication such as infection and extrusion but how low exactly is that? In a scale of 0% to 100% what is the complication rate of Gore-tex and silicone implants, would that be 1%, 2% or something around 10% or 15%? (I'm considering having a rhinoplasty using implants cause I've been informed that autologous grafts have the risk of resorption over time and synthetic implants usually leads to a more noticeable change).

From the photos, there is slight asymmetry of the nostril and alar rim. It is still too early to judge. I recommend you to wait a year. You can visit your surgeon if you think there is still problem with the symmetry at that time. Thanks.
It is certainly safe to undergo CO2 laser after rhinoplasty. You do want to let your provider know that you have previously had a rhinoplasty so they can make whatever adjustments to the power and depth they need.
