I didn't get bone removal but both sides collapse when I breath. I now snore & wake up tired everyday. Feel like I can’t get enough air. Breathing/snoring was not an issue prior to rhinoplasty. 1. What could have happened? Could post deviated septum be issue? What else? 2. Do spreader grafts widen nose? 3. If so, how can it be prevented. I didn't get rhinoplasty to get wider nose. 4. What is best thing to use for spreader grafts? 5. Will this permanently fix my breathing?
