Hello, I have a decent amount of knowledge for a lay person regarding what options there are for Asian rhinoplasty. My mid+lower thirds are longer than my forehead. My nose appears to be short. I want to lengthen my nose/shorten my philtrum without removing the flesh in that area. However I want to avoid elongating my mid face even more. My nasal base is quite sunken in compared to the surrounding area. I like my nose just it seems short/small for my face. Which procedures would benefit me?

Based on your photos, it does appear that refining the tip of your nose and creating more height and projection to the bridge and tip of your nose will make a nice change to your overall appearance. You would benefit from augmentation of your nasal bridge as well as increasing the projection of your nasal tip.  From the side picture, it does not look like your mid-face is long relative to your upper and lower third.  In order to lengthen your nose, you would have to derotate the tip slightly to give your nose  the appearance of more length.
