Advice on breast augmentation (size and profile) - will 230cc be enough to add a cup and a half bra size? (Photos)

Based on several papers published in plastic surgery literature, one cup size ranges between 130-200 ml of implant depending of multiple factors like chest size, weight, height, etc.. In your case one cup size may be in the range of 140-160 ml what means that 230 ml would give you approximately 1,5 cups sizes up. Thank you for your question. I have just submitted a paper on wide chest with narrow breast implants. I have been in practice for over 30 years and breast augmentation and revisionary breast surgery is a large portion of my practice. I see many patients whose breast measurements would dictate a larger implant or a moderate profile implant. I believe that a high-profile narrow based implant gives more projection and also makes the chest appear more narrow and attractive. I have been very happy with the wide chested patients with narrow based implants. Best wishes to you.

Petite women usually benefit from high profile implants as their measurements fit better.

Unfortunately, overall breast positioning and space between cannot be changed with implants. Breasts will appear fuller towards each other, especially in a bra, but that anatomy cannot be changed.

Further discussion with your/a plastic surgeon is recommended to confirm your options.

Based on the post photos, I would use high profile implants, not teardrop because teardrops give the volume inferiorly not at the upper pole plus I would use a 250 cc to 275 cc to increase a size and a half. Best a virtual concert with expect fees to range from $5000-$8000.
