Skin feels loose/papery between breasts 2 years after implants — possible adhesion issue? (Photos)

Hi, I’m 25 and had breast implants placed 2 years ago (high profile, submuscular). My skin has always been tight and I have a slight tendency toward symmastia on one side. A few days ago, after some pressure was applied between my breasts, I suddenly noticed a new sensation in the cleavage area. When I bend forward or move a certain way, the skin over one implant feels “papery,” “air-like,” or as if it lifts slightly from the tissue underneath. There is no redness, no pain, no swelling, and the breasts look normal from the outside. My surgeon is abroad, so I’m looking for general guidance. My questions are: • Could this be superficial skin detachment or stretching in the cleavage? • Is this something that can settle or re-adhere on its own with proper support? • Could it indicate a deeper capsule or pocket issue? • Would you recommend urgent evaluation or is this safe to monitor until I see someone in person? Thank you so much any insight is appreciated.
