Breast Revision: Two Steps or One, Round Block or Anchor Lift? (Photos)

I had a BA 10 years ago and I had nipple & breast asymmetry afterwards and I want to correct these things and exchange my saline implants for silicone. I'm in two minds about regular Motiva Silicone and Ergonomix. I originally had tuberous breast deformity and a flat chest. I'm in the process at looking at clinics and I got two wildly different answers. Clinic 1 said I can get my revision done in one stage, round block breast lift and implant exchange. Clinic 2 said I must get my revision in two stages. First stage is an anchor breast lift with breast implant removal. I then must wait 6 months before getting the implants replaced. When I asked why, they told me it's to avoid complications, no specific reason related to my anatomy. The first one does indeed sound possible, but sounds like a difficult case and I don't want to cut corners. The second one sounds like overkill and is a bit confusing. I don't really want a radical breast lift and I don't want my breasts to be super high up on my chest (if anything, I'm okay with a little bit of sagging)! I also am not sure about having to live with loose skin for six or more months or having the chest go completely flat again, only to put implants in and potentially get more stretch marks? The surgeon at the second clinic did not mention anything about a tissue expander.
